If you need to cancel an order, please call us immediately at 562-860-5556. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Yes. Here are the steps:
1. Email us first if you have a problem at firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Be sure to report the problem within 24 hours of receiving the item.
3. Do not return the item back to us until we have consulted with you.
4. Once approved, please return within 7 business days.
5. Item must be in their original condition. We will not honor refunds for items that have been worn, altered or washed.
Once an order is placed, we ship via USPS Priority Mail within 24 hours. Shipping takes 3-5 business days unless there are unforseen delays such as severe weather conditions.
Protecting your information is a priority for us. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card number, name and address, so only miragecollection.com is able to decode your information.

Most items online can be customized to your preferences (size, sleeves, color, etc). To customize an item you see online, please call us at 562-860-5556 and we will place your order personally.
Yes. Please bring the item within 7 business days of receipt along with the invoice and original packaging.
