Exchange, Return, Delivery  and Care Policy
Our products are sold on no return basis. If you receive a product with defects, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return process. All associated shipping and handling charges are paid by the customer. Generally, we do not accept exchanges or refunds, except in cases of verified defects or exceptional circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for various reasons, including limitations on quantities and availability of product, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We dispatch your order per selected shipping method however, we cannot control any delays caused by shipping partners (UPS, USPS, FedEx). If concerns arise after dispatch, please contact the courier service directly. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control may occur, and customers will be informed of any such delays.
Our products are designed to be dry cleaned only. We strongly recommend that customers adhere to these care instructions to ensure the longevity and quality of the garment.
Please note that any damage caused by handwashing, machine washing, or any other cleaning methods other than dry cleaning will damage the product and such products are not eligible for return or exchange. We will not be held liable for any deterioration, shrinkage, or damage resulting from improper care.
